CAP Sports Academy is a tennis academy in Dubai providing services for both kids and adults. They approached Digihify with an agenda: get more local leads through Meta Ads. Not traffic, mind you, but actual interest from locals nearby who were willing to enroll.
OBJECTIVES
The primary objective of the academy was to create high-quality leads from surrounding locations in Dubai, not clicks, but genuine interest from individuals within reach of their training facility. Both parents searching for tennis lessons for their kids and adults who wanted to train needed to be targeted, so different messaging for each audience was necessary.
In addition to that, they wanted to decrease their cost per lead and re-activate visitors who expressed interest but failed to convert.
