CLIENT BRIEF

CAP Sports Academy is a tennis academy in Dubai providing services for both kids and adults. They approached Digihify with an agenda: get more local leads through Meta Ads. Not traffic, mind you, but actual interest from locals nearby who were willing to enroll.

OBJECTIVES

The primary objective of the academy was to create high-quality leads from surrounding locations in Dubai, not clicks, but genuine interest from individuals within reach of their training facility. Both parents searching for tennis lessons for their kids and adults who wanted to train needed to be targeted, so different messaging for each audience was necessary. 

In addition to that, they wanted to decrease their cost per lead and re-activate visitors who expressed interest but failed to convert. They also wanted to execute quick-turnaround seasonal campaigns, accelerate response time by utilizing WhatsApp for lead queries, and lastly, gain some clarity on what works through improved performance measurement.

CHALLENGES FACED

The foundation was shaky. The biggest problems?

  • Leads were coming in from areas far outside their target zone
  • The cost per lead was too high to scale
  • Campaigns were getting stuck in Meta’s “Learning Limited” mode
  • Same ads shown too often, causing fatigue

Underperforming ad sets were paused. Top-performing ones were scaled up.
